This state-of-the-art, Turn-Key Filtration System features Mechanical and Biological filtration combined with UV Sterilization, all completely automated by its operator's personalized settings.

All HydraSCAPE Pond Filter Systems are electrically and hydraulically tested before leaving our facility. Shipped fully assembled, the HydraSCAPE Filtration Systems are ready for installation.

Recommended Filter Applications
HydraSCAPE Pond Filter Systems should be used when a fully automatic operation is desired. HydraSCAPE Systems are best suited for large ornamentals ponds, mammal/reptile and avian bathing pools. Available in sizes capable of treating applications up to 55,000 gallons, HydraSCAPE Pond Filter Systems are designed to handle heavy fish loads or animal exhibits. Calculate your pond's size.

For Best Filtration Results
HydraSCAPE Pond Filter Systems require a level platform for proper operation. Use multiple clean water returns and add tank eductors to maximize water circulation in the pond and help suspend solid waste, this will allow the waste to reach the skimmer/drain, and ultimately, the filter. HydraSCAPE Pond Filtration Systems Feature:

VSE High-Output UV Sterilizer features a commercial design, durable construction and an efficient, multi-lamp array that utilizes the lamp's UV output to its maximum potential.

Automatic Backwash Valve simplifies filter maintenance by using a timer or pressure controlled activation, with adjustable backwashing and rinsing

Inlet/Outlet/Waste Ports are located at the front of the skid, within inches of each other to reduce
excess plumbing.

Optional FilterCLAY & PSP Laterals increase circulation within the media bed and achieve a more effective filter and backwash function.

HydraSCAPE with Optional Ozone with a 6.0 gram per hour integrated Ozone Generator, complete with oxygen concentrator, ozone contact manifold and UV Sterilizer Controller/Monitor.

Controller/Monitor Command Center:

Pump & Filter Control

• Commands, set by the operator, control the pump and automatic backwash valve operation. The controller turns the pump on and off during valve operating cycles (filter, backwash and rinse).
• Pressure Initiated Backwashing is triggered by pressure inside the filter reaching the operator's "pressure set-point". Timer Initiated Backwashing is triggered by the operator's "time set-point"
  (between 3 and 168 hours).
• Backwash and Rinse Cycles are also based on operator-set commands with backwashing (between 1-10 minutes) and rinse (between 30-300 seconds) duration settings.
• Backwash Counter provides backwash frequency history.

UV Control

• UV Lamp Status Screen displays lamp operation(on/off status).
• Lamp Hours Screen displays total lamp operating hours for each individual lamp.
• Voltage Range Screen displays "default" voltage set points as well as actual voltage. When voltage
  falls outside of the set-points, the UV shuts down automatically.
• Water Temperature Control (Over Temperature Shut-Down) monitors water temperature inside the
  UV housing, shutting it down if the water temperature exceeds the default set-point of 120° F. This
  protects the UV from damage due to overheating.
• Output Data Ports send data or alarm information to external sources.
• Optional UV-C Output Intensity Meter.
