The office crew keeps the system working efficiently and is the first point of contact for the many callers. They are able
to juggle the myriad calls, questions and paperwork and are an integral part of our success.

Keith Folsom is the president
of Springdale Water Gardens and Springdale Aquatic Nursery and Supply (Wholesale Division) located in Greenville, Virginia. Springdale was started in 1988
and opened in 1993. Keith has been working in the water garden field since 1980. He has worked in many aspects including propagation, production, sales,
wholesale and retail mail-order, fish production and design and installation. He has contributed to numerous articles, programs on radio and television and

Tish Folsom has been Treasurer of Springdale
Water Gardens since the beginning. She has been involved in water gardening since 1984, beginning in customer service and ultimately becoming involved in
all aspects of Springdale. Her exposure to this varied field has made her a knowledgeable resource for water gardeners for years. Tish handles the
advertising and catalog production in addition to her regular duties as office manager.
