Ponds Less Than 1,000 Gallons
Use the Tadpole Filter as a "Total Pond Filter" in applications of up to 1,000 gallons, position it before the water pump and submerge it in the deepest

Ponds Exceeding 1,000 Gallons
Use the Tadpole as a "Pre-Filter" on larger pond filtration systems by positioning it before the water pump
and submerging it in the deepest area of the pond. By filtering solid wastes prior to the filter you greatly improve the performance of the pressure filter
and extend maintenance schedules by reducing the amount of solid waste collected in the filter's media bed.
